Booking & Payment Terms

Effective August 18, 2026

These general terms explain how trip requests, quotes, deposits and payments are handled. The written terms supplied for a particular trip or by its travel suppliers also apply and control if they are more specific.

Trip requests and quotes

A request, conversation or quote is not a confirmed booking. Prices, schedules and availability may change until S&S Travel gives written confirmation and all required supplier steps and payments are complete.

Deposits and payment deadlines

Each active trip may have a fixed required deposit, deposit deadline and later payment milestones. The initial deposit must be paid in full before flexible trip contributions are allowed, unless a real S&S Travel agent approves an exception or waiver in writing. Missing a deadline may affect availability or the booking, subject to the trip-specific terms.

Secure payments

Online card payments and saved payment methods are handled by Stripe. S&S Travel does not store full card numbers or security codes in its travel database. Confirm the trip and amount before authorizing a payment. Contact S&S Travel promptly if a payment appears incorrect.

Traveler information and documents

Travelers are responsible for providing names exactly as required by their travel documents and for verifying passport, visa, health and entry requirements. Ask about available travel protection and review its terms carefully.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Requests should be made directly to a real S&S Travel agent and confirmed in writing. Eligibility, timing and amounts depend on the written terms for the trip and its suppliers. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

AI phone assistance

Sam, our AI phone assistant, may help collect information and complete routine account or payment steps. Sam cannot make binding booking promises, change a deposit, approve an exception, settle a dispute or authorize a refund. Those matters must be handled by a real agent.
